Background
When Regatta approached WinTill they had implemented a new Epos system only two years previously. But after a very frustrating and time consuming attempt to resolve all of the 'teething problems' they finally decided to wipe the slate clean and start afresh. Understandably very cautious of any new system after such a disastrous and expensive experience we worked closely with their IT, accounting and retail teams to fully understand their unique requirements and deliver a reliable, effective solution.
Solution
Bespoke ordering systems, integration with the wholesale business and robust, reliable communications gave Regatta branch level autonomy, estate wide visibility and, most importantly, peace of mind, allowing them to double the size of their retail operation.
